Registration
All participants are required to register for the congress, regardless of abstract submission. Only online registrations will be accepted. All presenters are required to complete their congress registration by Friday, July 31, 2026 (JST).
Registration Period
- Early Bird Rate: June 17 – August 16, 2026 (JST)
- Regular Rate: August 17 – September 15, 2026 (JST)
- Late & On-site Rate: September 16 – October 8, 2026 (JST)
Registration Fees
All fees are given in Japanese Yen (JPY).
The registration fee in USD ($1 ≓ JPY 160.18) based on the reference rate on June 9th, 2026. Please note that the registration fee should be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY).

- Capacity: 150 participants
*Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended.

Accompanying Person
If you wish to register accompanying persons for social events (Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner), please include them during your registration.
Accompanying Person Fees
- Welcome Reception: JPY 5,000
- Gala Dinner: JPY 10,000
Payment
- All fees must be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Payment must be made through the online portal.
- Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club).
- This is a cashless congress.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been completed.
Privacy and Liability
By registering for WCAP2026, participants consent to the use of their contact information for official congress purposes.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the congress program or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any resulting costs or inconvenience. Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Receipt, Certificate and Letter of Invitation
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the WCAP2026 Secretariat titled “WCAP 2026 Registration Confirmation.”
This email will include your login details for accessing your personal “My Page,” where you can download:

The Letter of Invitation confirms your registration for WCAP2026. Please note that it does not imply any financial support for travel or congress expenses.
