応募の流れ

1. Please fill out the required information in the designated Format and send it to the email address below.
   Secretariat for WCAP2026: wcap2026@c-linkage.co.jp
   *When sending an email, please use the subject line “[wcap2026]submission for proposal”.
2. We will notify the organizers around April 2026.
3. Please register your abstract in the abstract submission system. Detailed instructions will be provided by the secretariat.

   *メール送信の際は、件名を[wcap2026]submission for proposalとしてください。
2. 2026年4月頃をめどに、企画者に通知します。
3. 演題登録システムに抄録を登録していただきます。詳細な案内は事務局より通知します。

Call for Abstracts: Oral or Poster
一般演題（口演・ポスター発表）

1. Abstract Submission Period

* Authors will receive the Notification of Acceptance in June 2026.
* 採否は、2026年6月頃をめどに通知いたします。

2. Presentation Type and Time
発表形式と時間

• Oral Presentation　口演発表：
  Each session includes 4 presentations and each presentation has 10minutes (7minutes for Presentation time, 3minutes for O&A).
  1セッション4演題でプログラム構成し、1演題あたりの発表時間は10分です（7分間の発表、3分間の質疑応答）。
• Poster Presentation　ポスター発表
  Presentation time and shcedule will be notified in the Notification of Acceptance.
  発表時間、発表スケジュールは、採択時に通知します。

* Please note that, depending on the number of submissions, you may be asked to change your presentation type.
* ご応募の状況によっては、発表形式は、必ずしもご希望に沿えない可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

3. How to submit the abstract
演題登録方法

All submissions must be made via the online portal on the bottom of this webpage.
Please read carefully the following information when you make a submission.
以下の演題登録システムよりアカウント作成・演題登録を行ってください。
登録にあたり、以下のご確認をお願いいたします。

• The number of presenters: No more than 20 presenters per a presentation. The first author must be a presenter.
  演者数：ひとつの発表の演者数は20名以内としてください。筆頭著者は必ず発表者となるようにしてください。
• Words: Title should be no more than 50 words, Abstracts should be more than 350 in English.
  字数：演題名は50単語以内、抄録本文は350単語以内としてください。
• Young Investigator Award
  WACP2026 will have a Young Investigator Award. If you are under 40 years of age (as of October 2026) and are eager to submit an abstract as the first author, you are welcome to apply for this award, regardless of your country of residence.
  To apply, please upload your CV and the proof of your date of birth when submitting your abstract. The award will be presented during WCAP2026.
  筆頭著者（発表者）として演題登録する方、かつ、会議開催時（2026年10月）に40歳以下である方が応募対象者です。
  応募者の国籍や居住地域は問いません。応募される方は、演題登録時に、年齢を証明する書類とCVをご提出ください。受賞者は、会期中に決定し、表彰いたします。

* Notes：Presenters need to pay Full-Day registration fee for the congress by the specified date. Failure to do so may result in the presentation being withdrawn from the program. Once the registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable.
* 発表者は、指定された期日までに学会への参加登録（全日参加）を行っていただく必要があります。登録が完了していない場合、演題が取り消されることがあります。一度納入された参加登録料は返金できませんのでご了承ください。
